The staff Room was awful. Smelled bad and had damp carpet

Room was clean but had a musty smell. The shower was luke warm at best, yet sink had hot water. I'm thinking that it was the shower valve. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again if in the area.

Property was okay. Booked for 1 night stay while in town. Water pressure was low, and no hot water for shower.

The hotel was nice and so is the staff. Convent location off 10. You could tell that they have issues with the humidity there but about an after after you turn the AC on the room feels normal again.

We booked this Best Western in Organge, Tx, owing to our good impression with Best Western in another state when we were travelling a while ago. However, the experience is totally different on respect of both the staff and facilities on this site. Note sure if Best Western has just been downgraded all through the years, or it is the issue of this particular facilities as well as management. Not coming back for sure.
