Woodspring Suites Jacksonville Orange Park

They allow guest to fight and slam doors saying obsurb swaring word. They placed me in another room on it was better the fighting wasn’t the young man at the front desk is truly unprofessional and disrespectful

Upon arrival I stood outside the door for 20 minutes because it was after hours. I finally gained entry from a guess leaving. I went to the front desk and there was nobody there. I rung the bell three times when the gentleman came from the back room where you noticed he had been asleep with slob coming from the side of his mouth. I finally got checked in and went to my room and upon entry to the room I had received a king instead of a double in which I paid for. I went back to the front desk and the gentleman once again was not there. I stood at the desk for an additional 15 minutes and he then comes in through the front entrance. I ask where had he gone and we said he went home because he was on his break. I didn't understand that because while he was gone there was nobody at the property. Horrible customer service from the time I arrived on property.

Clean room, all was good except the side entrance door wasn't working.

The property was very clean. The staff is there knowledgeable quick service very polite. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I am looking forward to booking my next stay. And I would recommend it to anyone.

Great staff, clean room and grounds. The parking lot had alot of dealing going on out back lot. Drinking in parking lot instead of in room.

The employees at the front desk is extremely over nice they actually treat you like family they give a great welcoming and they are extremely helpful and friendly and have the best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel. The entire staff is amazing

The hotel was really nice. Very unexpected for where it's located. Outside was a little bit dirty some trash but not horrendous. The elevator needed vacuuming the rug in there was very dirty. And the one complaint I do have about the room itself was the bathroom needs a small trash can because there's only one big trash can in the suite. But other than that I was highly impressed and would go stay there again.

I wish there was a pool.
