We have stayed at this Hotel for over 7 years! The hotel is clean, always updated, and has the most phenomenal staff. The front desk clerks were so friendly. The housekeepers kept our room clean and stocked. The pool and outdoor area is always meticulous. The gym had enough equipment and was clean and had water, towels, and sanitizer wipes. We have stayed here for years and it never disappoints! wipes and everything We usually try to get a corner room and we were told they didnt have any available. Our ONLY dissatisfaction was that the rooms beach view (319) was blocked by the large palm trees and for us that was a huge disappointment b/c we love sitting out on our balcony in the early morning and evenings and the view was terrible. We did tell the front desk upon arrival but they didnt have many rooms is what we told. It was frustrating as our room nights were over $300 a night but not much we could do.

The property was ok, room was clean though they dont clean or refresh if you are there for longer than 1 night apparently. For 300 a night I expected a bit more. The food was just ok but the warm cookie upon check in was very good!! We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

All was good with hotel and facilities...fitness room great...only downside was house cleaning...good when they did it...it was hit or miss...only 2 of the 4 days room was done and that was always way late in day/evening

They didn't have any amenities. No breakfast unless you wanted to pay $17+ dollars for it.

The great hospitality. Room service was great. Loved the room. Pool beach. Wonderful service. Kind and caring. The water pressure. The toilet didn’t flush good. Carpet smelled like stinky feet. Bristol. And privacy.
