Nice and clean love this hotel we usally stay here when in Omaha if we don’t need to be close to our event

Clean place, nice breakfast buffet. Room a little humid, probably just changing of the season.

Property was ok

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but the water in the bath tub wasn't draining. I was only staying here one night and had a real late check-in anyways so had to deal with it. First time this happens to me in a Holiday Inn Express.

It was a bad hotel and it seemed old even though it was newly built and not well maintained.

Breakfast was okay, not much change from day to day Room was clean; sometimes had to request towels, etc. Staff very nice and accommodating. A/C and Heating was good.

Staff is friendly & helpful, parking is free & conveniently located. Breakfast is very good variety of food, and enough space to comfortably accommodate hotel guests. Room appears new or recently renovated, is clean, spacious & comfortable. Good location convenient to interstate & downtown. Old market, with lots of restaurants, is fun to visit.

We got in really late and the night person was really helpful! Everything was great will stay again if we’re in Omaha and need a good place to stay

Nothing The smell was so overwhelming! If we didn’t have an 8 hour drive left and had already drove over 1200 miles and it was late and raining we wouldn’t have stayed there ☹️

Adequate. Room AC very lackluster. Room was continuously humid, musty smelling.

We, 3 peopl, arrived early and had booked our reservation online for a double queen room with a roll in shower. Well for some reason it didn't go through as a handicap room. The man at the desk, Jerry, was just great!! He gave us a double queen and a adjoining king room with a roll in shower for no extra charge. Anything we needed, Jerry would accommodate. Jerry was very friendly even whenever we were at breakfast he would stop by just to check on us. We will tell everyone to stay here and Jerry should get a raise! He was just AWESOME!

Enjoyed how friendly the staff was, nice to have just a short chat and be acknowledged. Only negative was exiting from property.

The room was somewhat clean but the smell was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure what the smell was. Towels were replaced but the bed was not made. Meh. I’m not really impressed. It was very noisy one night. Breakfast was okay.
