It needs updating which when we were there, it looked like it was progressing.

Exceptional

It was under construction, almost everything was. Smelled like paint and chemicals. There was even paint remover and some other chemicals left if the stairwells with other items.

Despite the hotel being under significant renovation, everything needed was in place and cleanliness was a priority. Hats off to the very helpful and cheerful help. Heather's lovely smile (and eagerness to help) at the front desk, made my day.

Very kind staff, the room was clean and quiet and we slept great! We visit multiple times a year for visits with Children’s Hospital so we will definitely book this hotel for all future trips to Omaha.

The rooms are under construction so I can’t give a full review. We were on the 3rd floor and our furniture and door to the bathroom were scratched up pretty badly. The beds were clean as well as the carpet, no odors. The breakfast was good, different options were enjoyable. It was a good stay.

We were told at the front desk they were renovating. Ok…the room was freshly painted and smelled. The phone didn’t work, the clock didn’t work, the plate in the microwave was broken in half, only 2 small pillows on the bed and there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. My husband went down to the front desk in the morning to complain about all the things not working in the room and the black mold. He was yelled at by the manager and said there would be no refund or reduction in price because we stayed there. At 9:00 pm what do we do? If we canceled the reservation at the last minute we’re still charged. We have stayed in this motel many times. The last time was in May. I don’t know what happened here but we won’t be back even with the new name. Unfortunately the rude manager will probably still be there.

Although the property was going through renovations at the time, the staff was cordial and ensure that if anything disrupted my stay, please let them know. I appreciate that attentiveness so that I'm not inconvenienced. I already thought the property was in great condition since I stay quarterly but improving on it is only a plus.

Hotel is very nice. One of the largest rooms I've seen at a standard rate. All said, they are in the middle of re-branding. Painting and remodeling. Give them until 01/27 and this place will be really great. Aside from that...The staff is top notch and provide daily housekeeping. I will stay again next time that I'm in the area!

Very bad service and staffs weren't helpful.

The hotel was under construction and we weren’t notified before booking. Our room has torn up carpet, drywall dust all over the floor, was very hot and smelled like cigarettes.

Busy with remodeling of the motel. Wich didn't really bother us. Our room air-conditioning was just supper anoying. Sounded like a truck starting up every time it turned on or off. Other than that the say was good. Breakfast isn't terrible. Better than nothing. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.

The hotel was under construction, which I wish would have been noted before I booked it. All the dust in the hotel & room made my allergies flare up. The room itself was musty, and old. Definitely needs to be updated. There was someone smoking marijuana in the parking lot.

Just bad. Carpet was coming apart in one of our rooms. Just horrible.

Property was under renovation but the staff and housekeeping were great. Would like to go back after the renovation to see how much better it will be.
