Great staff!! Enjoyed our brief stay.

Love the vibes of the hotel. Bartender and waitress where awesome! Front Desk staff where very attentive to requests and questions. Place could use touchup paint and some updates. No lights in the semi-walkin closet, dark!

The breakfast had a very nice selection.

Old plastic cup stuck in the drapes.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They were also informative when needed based on a couple of circumstances. The overall hotel and our room specifically was in need of some additional cleaning like vacuuming stairs and lobby to gym in the basement. Also, our room toilet was yellowing so it needed to be cleaned. Overall, I would recommend the hotel due to the helpful staff and the great location just north of downtown in a great area. The area has the best amenities, grocery, and shops in OKC.

Breakfast...when we checked in we were told the breakfast hours...nothing was mentioned about cost. Neither was there anything on the website related to cost. We had a partial breakfast,no eggs and cold food and we're billed almost $50.00 for leftovers

It seems as though this used to be a nice hotel, but is now extremely poorly maintained. The room was picked up, but not very clean. Floor did not look mopped, mirrors did not look wiped off, there was hairs embedded in our towels, the air vent at the top of the shower was incredibly dusty/moldy, the entire hotel was humid, and there were gnats flying all around and inside of the ice machine on our floor. Worst hotel I've stayed at in awhile. Do not recommend staying here, especially for the price.

Poorly keep rooms

Bar service was excellent. Room bathroom not well maintained. Wall-mounted conditioner bottle only had enough for one shampooing. No individual bar soaps. Faucet had a big leak.
-
There were no amenities in our room. Room was never cleaned during our stay and room was hot. All of this was brought up to the lady at the desk at the time and nothing was addressed.
-
Beautiful Everything was great no complaints
