To make matters worse, there was no soap in the bathroom, so I couldn’t even take a proper shower. Overall, I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel, and based on this experience, I would not stay at a MainStay Suites again.

Other than having to wait to check in, it was a good experience. Room was nice, clean and had everything we needed and more. I honestly wish we had more time in the room.

Went with my sisters for a concert at the paycom but didn’t wanna pay for the Bricktown area hotel prices. This hotel was definitely worth it. Super close to the paycom Bricktown area, was safe, clean the whole time, beds were comfy, and the amenities were great. I will stay here again

We only stayed at this hotel for one night while we were in Oklahoma City. The hotel is located in a part of Oklahoma City called Bricktown, which is a very popular area for restaurants and shops. The hotel itself seemed as if it were brand new. Everything in the hotel smelled fresh and new. The paint was not scraped anywhere on the walls. The carpet didn't have any stains and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a whole kitchenette in it. We didn't necessarily need it because we were not staying for a long period of time, but if someone was to stay for a long period they would be well equipped with everything they needed. The hotel comes with a free breakfast and it was great. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and all sorts of danishes and breakfast rolls. They had several different types of juices and also dry cereal and milk, everything that you could ask for. Overall, I would say that if you are in the Oklahoma City area, this would be a good option for your stay. I would definitely recommend it based on our experience there!

and it's walking distance to Brick Town.

The gym was great except it did not have a bench for the free weights.
-
Always excellent and a great price

It was quiet and very convenient

Very comfortable bed!!! Showers awesome. Breakfast was pretty good. Carpets and floors need a deep clean as well as the elevators and parking lot. The front desk is not friendly at all. In fact the only employee who was friendly was the older man working in the kitchen.

Clean room, the bed is comfortable.

Everything was great. I didn't eat the breakfast because I brought food to cook. But overall it was a great stay.

The Breakfast was great and the room was nice. Too bad I didn't get to sleep Had to make multiple noise complaints for teenagers trashing the room upstairs. Fell asleep a few times then woke by thunderous jumping and crashing sounds . Sounding like bowling in a thunderstorm. Noise started around 11:00 pm and didn't cease until 3:45 am. Nothing done about the noise after several complaints . Called the desk twice and when it didn't stop, I then got dressed and walked downstairs to make a complaint at 3:00 am . Had to get up and drive 12 hours the next morning with zero sleep. No refund or discount offered. They did offer to move my room at 3:00 am but seriously why should I have to move all my stuff in the middle of the night and then get up 2.5 hours later to pack again and leave?! They stated that the guests upstairs would be put on a "No Stay " list, but what did that do for me?, Nothing!

close to bricktown and offers a shuttle service if needed. breakfast was good and offered plenty of options. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great room for a great price. The beds are very soft and comfortable and the breakfast was good.
-
Check in took a little while. They had to call the next day to make sure I was checked in because I was marked as a no show.

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Great location to the ballfield and many restaurants. Breakfast was great with many options, waffles, sausage, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and many other options. Would stay here again.

Clean room, nice hotel

Clean room and breakfast was good

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Easy check in. Close to destination. Worth the price. Would have enjoyed a pool, only had a hot tub. Check in for 2 different hotels in the same lobby so that was a bit confusing.
