My toilet was stopped up twice in a 5 day stay. I extended my stay and it was quite difficult as they cxld my key each day, had to go down to desk to get it repaired. Very dissatisfied with disability room. I returned after midnight each night and was locked out of the hotel. Often waiting for hotel staff to hear me knocking to let me in. Only Front Desk mgr Amber seemed to go over and beyond to help.

No complimentary breakfast or coffee. A Bistro was offered but out of eggs during our stay. Cable was not offered in the room. The room was comfortable for the night. Plenty of dining options in the area.

The hotel is very outdated. It had a dark and uninviting feel. The woman at the front desk at check in and that evening was wonderful! The man at check out at 3:30 in the morning was miserable and had a huge attitude. The food options were limited and lots of items were not available. I will never stay there again.

Absolutely love the manager Britney would stay again just because of her!. The property wasn't kept up very well and kinda dirty but not to be to not stay. I believe there just under staffed. Very quite property and great location to everything.

Housekeeping was nonexistent, and the staff was rude about it. There is no free breakfast, but don't worry - you can purchase something from the overpriced Bistro, except I never saw them open.

No breakfast included.... Management was rude of us asking about breakfast..we have to buy it from a bistro. WiFi was also not included for a Marriot.. did not expect that. Rooms were clean. Only a couple of towels in bathroom. Won't be staying at Marriot locations anymore.
