There were 5 large cockroaches in our room crawling as we walked in the room. Enough said.

Breakfast not great. Bed was comfortable. Towels were old and thin, no hand towels. No tissues in the room Towels were terrible.

Location Cleanliness, have yet to get a refund after leaving the business due to Cleanliness and odor. Had to pay an additional 6.99 " service" fee for unexplained reason. Had to pay a 50 dollar deposit i have yet to get back.

A lot of traffic in parking lot with people walking around. Room was not clean, the phone number to hotel does not work. I cannot find a phone number that works for the hotel because I was not refunded my full room deposit.

Couldn’t enter our room because the door handle didn’t work. We initially had to lift the handle to get inside. The TV didn’t work so antenna signal
