Great location, clean room. The fire pits could be on a little bit longer.

Reservations were easy and check in was a little slow. The room was smaller than a standard hotel room. The pictures showing the grounds were a little misleading. Was not what I expected for the high cost of staying. Ate at the restaurant twice and both times the service was very slow and the server we had at dinner was rude.

I had booked this hotel because it was right on the ocean with beautiful ocean views. I had booked this hotel because it was right on the ocean with ocean views, instead we were put in a building across the street with no views but paid view prices. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to walked a ways to the main hotel to sit Oceanside which we had wanted.

Great place and great location to a lot of things. Very nice. Great modern apartment feel.

The view from the property was perfect for our stay, staff was friendly and room was very clean.

Right off the bat - location, location, location. Stunning view of Ogunquit Beach, saw amazing sunrises every morning. Marginal Way is right there - a mile long walk of more breathtaking views takes you to Perkins Cove. Shore Road is a short jaunt packed with fabulous restaurants and adorable shops. We had a couple meals at Anchorage and they were great! Staff is lovely and kind, helpful. One tip I'd give is next time I'll book early enough to not be across the street in the Towers. Rooms were perfectly fine but I wanna be where the action is The Towers had a slight smell - not sure what but a cheap smell was masking something..? Not sure but it was only in the hallways! Not the rooms. Showers were fantastic by the way.

Location Rooms and staff

Rooms were not very updated for the hefty price tag. We stayed in the Towers-the rugs needed replacements and had stains, the lamp shade had rips in it, the pictures were falling off the wall. The property as a whole is stunning on the outside but the inside was not great. There were no real amenities in the resort fee too (no welcome drink etc.) Check in took a bit and there was a line each time.

This resort has it all! This is what I had been looking for in a Maine Vacation destination. There is a reasonable beautiful on site restaurant that has great views. Perfect for breakfast. There is a beautiful lawn with ample chairs of various types overlooking the ocean. Indoor and outdoor pools. The grounds are beautiful. There are two access points to The Marginal Way ocean walk right from the property! The staff is super helpful! Our room was across the road in The Lightship Building. Don’t let that put you off the rooms are spacious like suites and it is really just steps to the main building and restaurant. We had an amazing time!

Location of property was great and that’s why I booked there. However our room location was a disappointment-it was across the street, in the back, facing trees & parking lot. The carpets in halls and stairs were deplorable. They were Beyond Filthy and smelled. Upon arrival, our bathroom floor was dirty-hairs, old contact lens, and pieces of trash. Slider and screen didn’t maneuver easily.

Location to ocean and Marginal Way and walking distance to downtown. They should look at increasing WiFi bandwidth outside. Many people like to sit on the hill but the WiFi was slow!

This is a dated property that is vastly over priced.

Rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and the pool and hot tubs were very well maintained. Landscaping was well done. Location of property was next to the Marginal Way and several blocks from shops and restaurants. The restaurant on the grounds was very good. Overall a very nice experience.
