Good location lots going on around there

The lobby and main entry way areas are clean and updated. The room was old not what was pictured. The bed was very uncomfortable as well.

Maintenance was unavailable when A/C needed reset in my room. I was advised O could change rooms only because they had extra availability that night. Otherwise the answer was bringing a fan to my room or a breakfast voucher. If the staff had fans on hand to deal with this issue rather than a person on staff to actually address the issue, I can only assume that this is a management decision to cut staffing costs at the expense of guest comfort. I was disappointed in this because it left the front desk staff having to correct issues created by the management of the hotel who wasn’t on site either. There’s a better way to do hospitality and this isn’t it.

Cons: better lighting in the bathroom!! Women putting make up on and men shaving is not good. Only a dim light next to the sink on the wall was annoying. Please get a lighted mirror with lights all the way around the mirror. Way too dark in the bathroom and bad lighting when I took a bath

Just needed a quick night “next to” the campus. Room was great, just wish this was closer to the university.

They changed things, the main reasons i stayed there was because of the great bacon they had for breakfast :), this time around i was notified that the breakfast buffet doesn't exist anymore, and that breakfast is now a la carte. the second thing they changed was that you can no longer smoke on the outside terrace.

I've been staying at the Hilton in Ogden for the past 12 year on average once per year. The rooms are great, the staff is nice and welcoming, the poll and the jacuzzi are very nice. It's close to everything, so you can actually walk to places, which is good. Everything was great, Me and my family were very comfortable with everything. The food was really good. I purchased the tickets because it said breakfast was included. When we got downstairs we had to pay for everything. The meals to include the snacks were all upcharged and really expensive compared to other hotels or stores.

Location in downtown Ogden (walking distance of historic centre, good choice of reataurants and other services nearby ). Brilliant staff No access from reception to car park, had to haul suitcases via public street to the hotel's private car park

Frank at the front desk is always so helpful! In fact - they’re all super nice and very accommodating! Stayed at this property many times - and will continue to do so. 😀😀

Unfortunately, our room faced the main road, and the street noise (cars, etc) was extremely bad. If I was able to get a couple of hours of sleep a night, I was lucky.

We had a warm greeting followed by a quick check in. The hotel along with the our room was exceptionally clean.We had breakfast there one morning and found many tasty options to choose from.

I booked a room and paid for it. I was tired from driving, but the manager could not find my reservation and told me she did not have a room for me. She promised to refund my payment but after 8 days I still have not been refunded! I paid for a night here but was turned away. There was a problem with their computer and they could not give me a room. I paid $188.52 and was assured that it would be refunded. After 8 days it has not been refunded.
