The room was spacious and clean. The view was absolutely beautiful. We looked on Expedia and went into the hotel. I asked if they would match the rate so we would book direct through them. It was $150 cheaper for two nights Tuesday and Wednesday. The girl at the front desk didn’t have good customer service skills and said no she could not match the rate so we booked through Expedia. The second thing that could’ve made our stay a little more enjoyable was a courtesy bottle of water for each of us each day the front desk a different person said no we cannot give you a bottle of water unless you are silver grand member and booked directly through the hotel. Went back up to our room. The maids were at the room next to us. I asked the maid if I could have two waters for the two days we were there she said absolutely and handed them to us. My experience could’ve been a five star review Unfortunately the front could have done a better job. I would recommend the hotel because the rooms are fabulous and maybe check Expedia and compare prices.

This is my second time staying at Grand hotel oceanfront. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Love the food options they have there and if not they have numerous things to eat all around. The jetted tub is incredible and the view my goodness the view from my bed just beautiful we even saw dolphins. We will definitely be back and hopefully for more days. Thank you Grand hotel for making our family trip exceptional. I don't think there was anything to complain about.

I enjoyed that the property was right on the ocean. I liked that there were multiple restaurants within the hotel. Beds were on the harder side for my likings. We checked out a day early and wasn’t refunded anything.

Room size and the balcony size were nice, big and comfortable. Lamps should be replaced with new lamps that have USB ports and/or outlets. No outlets by the bed. Every body needs a USB port these days.

Turned on bathroom light and saw an insect run very fast to get down into the drain hole . Seemed like roach behavior . However : the room was updated and very nice ! New floors , beds were clean and comfortable . Walks looked nice !

The property was in a great location, could walk to everything! It was bike week and we could not park on the property. They had no place to park a bike trailer. We had to pay the hotel Nextdoor for us to park there. But the grand kept calling us trying to get us to pay for parking. We did not park there! Every morning they called for a CC payment for parking until we had to explain to them they could not accommodate us. And the room floor was very dirty where your feet would be black… very disgusting!

I booked the kitchenette room. It would’ve been nice to know that no utensils or plates were included in the kitchenette booking.
