The jacuzzi was closed and no notification was sent.

Property looks and smelled clean but its an old Property. The rooms smelled old and molded. Roaches and nats were present in the room with us! The night time staff front desk clerk, very rude and not helpful. I wouldn't recommend this Property to anyone!
-
The location, the size of the room. The staff was kind and helpful The beds were not made and the bathroom floors were not cleaned one day, hot water was not running for the shower one night. One of room keys never worked eventhough we were given new keys twice. The desks phones in the room in the rooms did not work properly. The volume was low even rsing the volume. The a/c fan was on constantly. The room was either too hot or too cold!. Overall the room is dated and the furniture is seeing lots of wear. The hotel hottub was closed off We asked to speak to the manager. The front desk took notes but we were not told when and were we could speak to the manager. In summary, we are not happy and requested a credit for all the amenities were did get that should had been provided with the room

The rooms and property are dated. But the room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Had to pay $8 a night for parking when the parking lot is just an empty parking lot not very well maintained. The pool was small but there was caution tape up for something near it, I didn’t go out there just saw the caution tape up. The staff was kind at check-in. I probably won’t stay here again, unless it was about $75 cheaper per night.

I stay here whenever I attend the Living Word Christian Center Conferences. It is the best of best hotels. LWCC also uses this hotel as a hotel for the conferences.

The rooms are dated. The TV in the living area was not working well. This place was not up to the Hilton standards that are accustomed to at other Hiltons.

Exceptional

The location was fine and the parking spot was good. Beds were comfortable. During the check in we asked for a late check out which was confirmed by the receptionist named Kristina, priced $50, check out day, housekeeping entered our room 3 times stating that we need to leave by 11AM. After going to the reception we've been told by another rude receptionist that we had not asked for a late check out and that we had to leave. After we explained that Kristina approved this, manager got called and stated that we are not "eligible" for the late check out, even though we clearly stated that we need the room because we had to work in silence. After a brief argument we got the offer to pay $75 and stay not more than 4PM (instead of 5.30PM as confirmed with Kristina) This is something that a place like Hilton should never allow especially for the price and amenities they offer.

Good, comfortable stay. Staff works hard to be a step above. Only flaw is the facility is showing its age.

The front desk staff were kind. Obviously given a room that was not actually flipped. A/C struggled to work initially. Used toilet tissue wrapper behind the bathroom door. A roll of more than half of the tissue used left for us. Crumbs in a chair. No washcloths or towels.

Overall the hotel was great. On the first day there was air conditioner issue, and it was difficult to fall asleep due to the heat, they said it will take few minutes to fix but unfortunately it took longer than expected.
-
Was not too happy that the hot tub was not available the entire 4 night.

The room was clean. Beds were made. Staff was friendly. Our comforter was ripped and we woke up with feathers all over the bed. My husband ended up swallowing some and ended up coughing non stop. Our living room TV was out dated. There were white dots everytime we turned it on. It was hard to watch TV. Breakfast was not included. Hot tub was under construction. The beds were a little to hard.
