Having to wait at desk for someone to appear at check-in. No one there at checkout, so l just left my key on the counter and walked out. Not very welcoming!

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No one at the front desk. Run down and deserted. Did not feel safe. Only thing supplied were towels, plastic cup and a half used shampoo. Not even a hair dryer. Left after only 1 night and forfeited my money rather than spend another minute in that hell hole.

They gave away my room even though I had a confirmed booking and called them day of to let them know I would be doing an after hours check in.

when I got there a friend met me to go for dinner and accompanied me to check in.. i took my walker instead of my wheelchair thinking it wouldnt take long.. it didn't... but then when we got to the room and opened the door. SOMEONE WAS ALREADY THERE... doing dishes at the moment! So, we had to go back down with bags.... luckily my friend was there to help... we waited almost THIRTY MINUTES for them to figure out how and where to change my room to... room was fine, but also was hard to find parking... there were not enough handicapped spaces, AND the sidewalks leading to some of them were almost impossible without an electric scooter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not enough lights and the bed was too low and hard. Another pillow would’ve been great.

This was a one night stay while we were going out in Norwalk and this was fine for a night. It is a no frills basic hotel room. The bed was small but comfortable. The price was not cheap and that is too be expected for the area but I don't think you can say you have breakfast included when what is offered is hot beverages, nutrigrain bars and small prepacked muffins.

Great set up, nice room. The one thing we wanted in the kitchen was a toaster. There was never one available. Too many people smoking in the parking lot - I didn’t feel safe.

The hotel in general was not clean at all. The floors look nasty and dirty. The room was even worse, didn’t feel clean. Paint all over the bathroom floor. The layout of the bathroom was horrible so uncomfortable sitting on the toilet, hard to even get the toilet paper. It took over 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Just not a comfortable stay at all. The first person who checked us in was not very pleasant but the other two ladies we came across at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The room accommodated my family and although there was a mix up they made up for that with their friendly attitude and an upgrade. That it isn’t at least a continental breakfast with hot food and the pull out sofa was outdated and uncomfortable.
