Horrible experience carpet had blood stains. Very dirty I felt unsafe.

My whole experience was exceptional. Nothing but compliments with the room and staff.

Room was very old and stained. Carpet completely stained, stains around toilet in bathroom, couch in junior suite was absolutely filthy and stained. All the furniture was either peeling , chipped or falling apart. The air conditioner unit turned off in the middle of the night and would not turn back on, so very hot at night. Only breakfast option was the “buffet”. Food not very good, runny/soggy eggs. Coffee machine in lobby was broken and only other option was the buffet coffee for $5.50 for a small cup of black coffee. I am not usually picky nor do I usually leave reviews, but I’m hoping it will help others who think about reserving a room at this location.

Room was nice ,spacious and clean . My only complaint there were large dogs at the hotel . Two dogs were barking at each other aggressively and the owners had to go opposite directions . We had my daughter with us so that was the only downfall for us.

Luv staying here never had an issue.

Had to leave $100 dollars deposit that would be returned to my debit card. It’s been more than three weeks and every time I call they say it will reflect on my account in 2to 3 business days until now nothing.

The man at the front desk was so nice and helpful I’ll definitely come back !
-
Went to the front desk to get coffee for my room. Stated none on hand, but someone would bring them to my room. ~1.5 hours later they arrived.

Old and dirty, they really need to remodel the whole building! I find a socks right next to night stand, looot of mold on air ventilation.

This DoubleTree by Hilton in Norwalk, Los Angeles deserves a 2 to 2.5 star rating, well below what the Hilton and DoubleTree names would suggest. The room felt old throughout, and the carpet, both in the room and across the hotel, is worn and overdue for replacement. In the bathroom, the towel rack protrudes out toward the toilet area, creating an awkward obstacle that made it uncomfortable to move around the space. The tub also had a drainage problem. Over our two day stay, the water never drained out properly. The hotel needs significant renovation, starting with new carpet throughout. Honestly, it may need more than a facelift to bring it up to the standard of other DoubleTree Hilton properties I've stayed at. Staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting to and from where we needed to go. But based on the physical condition of the property, this one earns 2 to 2.5 stars at best.
