Best Western Norwalk Inn

Nice , clean , good breakfast , quiet area. Not quiet AC

Second time staying Room was that clean hairs on the bed smell

Good location easy freeway access

Good

Exceptional

Close to freeways, stores like target walmart homedepot The small of the room, maybe the air condition Smell like humidity

Location was good right of the 605 I booked the deluxe room and was clean only thing had a light odor of cigars and room is a non smoke room.

Lady at front desk and breakfast were really really nice! Finally some place whihc had a hair dryer! Breakfast was better than other Inns. Inside parking with lot of spaces. Furniture a little old and the aircon had bad smell.

It was very clean and staff was very polite and breakfast was real good Non smoking rooms

Coffee maker & mini frig worked well.

I just wished that the laundry room would be open overnight for us to do a load. We felt safe that we had security guard in the parking lot at night.

Clean room great staff

Excelente servicio personal muy amable

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds were comfortable but some of the towels had stains and there was a weird bug in the shower. Overall, stay was great.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was always clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff provided great hospitality throughout our stay. We also accidentally left a personal item in the bed, and thankfully, it was found and safely returned to us at the front desk. We really appreciated the staff’s honesty and helpfulness.

Friendly atmosphere. Convenience location. Right off the freeway Spa was out of order

Had to do an urgent stay. My room smelled wet. Wished the pool was cleaned. Some staff were great. Had to ask for room to be cleaned and kept having to ask for stuff because not everything was done.

Excellent location close to shopping malls and food spots. The facilities are in good condition and clean.

Everything is near by,.

I would give this property a perfect score but it does need a little updating(reno). That being said, our room was spot on clean. We were able to check in early even though it's a busy weekend. Thank you to Debra on the front desk for accomodating our early check in request. Free breakfast was good. Also Free parking.
