Super 8 by Wyndham Deerfield/Northbrook

Good for a road-trip stopover. Less expensive than staying in Chicago and got us out of the city before continuing our drive home.

The room did not look at all like it did in the picture and it smelled like smoke. It's a non-smoking property, but other guests don't care and there is only so much that can be done about it. I needed to soak my clothes with oxiclean for 2 hours to get most of the scent off. The cleaning staff is fine, for the record. It's just that smokers really ruin it for others.

The hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn't close. It became stuck if you tried to close it. There could've been a few more towels.

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone. I needed to stay here at this time but will definitely not comeback

It had a lot of humidity in the room and floors and bed were damp and sticky. Breakfast not great unless you like yogurt, muffin and juice. The staff were very nice. Very high priced to stay for no more than you get for the money.

Did not accept my Expedia confirmation. That’s between Expedia and hotel

The hotel was fine. Noting special. The rooms need to be updated. The floors amd shower new remodeling. Staff was very helpful

Clean, Quiet, hot showers

En las fotos se ve muy bonito pero es solo en fotos cuando llegas el exterior está muy descuidado cuando entre a la habitación el olor que tenía era horrible me quedé por que no tenía más opciones

The staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Roach in the room, didn't feel clean, stains on furniture and whole room felt like it needed a deep clean.
