Pool Beds are so old. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning and or a paint job
-
Rooms seemed old and tired bed was not comfortable
-
Clean area, but everything was pretty old and outdated. Phones did not work in the rooms. Paint peeling. Glass door to balcony was in rough shape with nothing but a bent bar to lock it. Screen door was ripped up and didn't work. Breakfast was about what you'd expect. Pre-made and reheated foods.

It was a nice room. And a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good.

Location Our patio door was terrible to open for an older person! The mattress was terrible!!!!
-
Location and cost were the primary reason for choosing location.

Very good

On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was well above average. Lots of choices and fresh. Would possibly stay here again, but maybe in a different part of the motel as I think we were in the older part

Location is great. The pool is nice. Our room smelled like smoke. We found used cigarettes on the deck. The bath tub had hair left in it. The breakfast food was cold and under cooked. The property was bought by Hilton corp so they are letting everything fall apart before they close.

Upon arrival we checked in. As we entered our room we noticed popcorn on the floor in the middle of the room between the two beds. Not the kind of first impression you’re looking for. Went to the front desk to let them know and was offered a different room but did not receive an apology for the inconvenience. Besides that experience though everything else was pretty standard. I will say the breakfast was very well maintained and had a wide variety of options for every appetite. The employee working this area was checking hot food levels, cleaning tables after guests left, and emptying trash. One of the better breakfast experiences I’ve ever had.

Love the location, love the staff, been going to this hotel for years. The indoor pool needs a major cleaning. Notice lots of improvements and hope the pool will be one of them. One other thing that needs major improvements is the breakfast. Horrible. I went to Fox Ridge up the road from the Green Granite about two months ago because I was disgusted with the filth and mold in the indoor pool at the Green Granite. Did they have better rooms? No. Did they have better location? No. Were their pools better? No. But one thing they did have that blows Green Granite away was their breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and every morning the breakfast was great. Green Granite cannot compare. Will I go back to Fox Ridge? No. Because my grandson missed his favorite hotel and we have a history here at the Green Granite Inn. But that breakfast, you should check it out. See above

Breakfast was fair, we liked the coffee. The room was very dirty, electrical outlets mostly didn't work. Beds were very in comfortable. No lighting except a lamp.
-
Location, close to everything. The room was a little dirty, hair on the floor and the carpet didn't look vacuumed. The bed was tipped a bit and the pillows were a little flat, more pillows for a king bed would have been better. The room didn't have good lighting. Also inside the mini fridge was dirty.

We were told that breakfast had both cold foods and the "deluxe" hot foods of scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Unfortunately, the hot foods were lukewarm at best. We noticed some hotel guests leaving the breakfast area when they realized how poor the food quality was. One of the beds in our two-bed room appeared to not be fully made--the sheets/comforter under that pillows were all wadded up and wrinkled. And the stairwell from the second floor to the parking lot was all painted black, with black carpet on the stairs and very poor lighting. It was a perfect location for someone to fall and be severely injured.

Staff were pleasant. Communal spaces were really nice. Great touch to have free coffee / hot chocolate. Basic rooms but all in all, great value

Dogs all around - sounded like we were in a kennel. Room smelled of musty, wet dog.

Everything excelente

The front desk staff was very nice and I really liked the lounge area near the front desk. 24-7 free coffee was a plus. Location is close to everything in North Conway. The property is definitely overdue for major renovation. Everything is worn out. The lock on my building was broken and allowed unrestricted access. Only 1 ice machine was functioning on the property. Asked for housekeeping services and never got them. Room was only minimally cleaned prior to our initial arrival. Fridge in room frozen and leaking water. Breakfast items were poor quality and cold.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and the place was pretty clean. The pool is supposed to be open until 10pm but we had a staff member ask us to get out around 9:40pm to close it down. Otherwise it a cute little place.
