Staff was the only good thing about the place.

What breakfast? They had none! Had to move to two different rooms. Air conditioning stopped working so gave me a different room . The door on the 2nd room looked like someone tried to break into the room so I went downstairs again for a third room.

Nothing The first room I was in had mold and was awful I moved to another room and the people next to us were screaming yelling from 1am-5am I filed a complaint and that did not work

Passable

My room from the moment I started on putting all my bags into the room and had a moment to breathe the air. I realize it smelled so foul of BO. I did tell the lady at the front desk and she was kind enough to come up and spray antiseptic in the room, around the carpet, but it didn’t change the overall smell of the room whatsoever. I just was too exhausted physically to move my bags to another room at that point. There was no kart to move my luggage into my room the entire time I was there it never surface back to the front door downstairs. Also, please note that toilet on the fifth floor in room 514 doesn’t flush very well. You have to hold down the handle the entire time. The carpet inside the elevator a decent to the check-in desk was filthy dirty, and stained, which is a big turn off. I don’t think it should be charging over $100 for any room in that hotel at best 80 and night. Maybe the airplane noise is incredible because airline path is literally over the top of the roof. The most concerning issue was the guy who was down the hall, all dressed in black and I was coming up to my room so I got off the elevator started to go down the hall and here was this guy pulling all the knobs on all each door as he walked towards me from the very end and then he yelled out at me, “ what room are you in? “ I didn’t answer him. When he finally got all the way up to where my door was and passed me just a little bit he showed me his bracelet. Said he worked there. Horrible!

Amber was super sweet and patient with us checking in. Room was quiet and relaxing. Property is right by everything we needed.

Room was extremely clean and updated. Please note that there were no USB ports to plug into to charge. Shuttle driver was prompt upon request at front desk.

Room was very clean, it was cleaned when I returned from being out all day. Great hospitality.

The room I stayed at had mold and had damaged window/fitting. I also found hair in the bedding.

Very clean and modern room. Great location. We felt safe on the grounds. Nice indoor pool and gym. Accommodating to our service dog traveling with us. Reception desk wasnt overly friendly but not rude either. We were only there for 1 night, but have nothing bad to say, we would stay here again for sure. There was a really cool golfing thing across the street that was fun to watch. And if you were going to the coliseum, would be a very easy walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby

People were great

The bed was most uncomfortable. The ironing board was too short, there was no padding on it and there was a stain on the ironing board cover. Caulking around the shower floor was pulling away from the wall. The sofa’s placement was a poor choice…can’t watch tv but good for storage. Otherwise, I like the aesthetics of the decor. The pool was great!!! Location was great!!!

No microwave in room and needs to be updated. Cable strength weak picture on tv not clear at all

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, and a good area. No complaints here. And the coffee in the room was good!
