Staff very pleasant and helpful. On site restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room was large with a nice view. Breakfast, which is continental, seemed a bit skimpy. Plenty of parking and in a great central area with many restaurants.

Great location; walkable to restaurants. Spacious 7th floor room had a nice town and mountain view. All staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable; room very clean. Breakfast was minimal and uninspiring.

walking distance to Mass MOCA bed was comfortable not well maintained — all night the air conditioner loudly cycled on and off, water streamed down the side of the building outside the window (it was a clear night - it wasnt rain), bathroom cabinets were worn and chipped the staff were okay but aloof

Great hotel. Older, but tastefully renovated. Some minor maintenance issues like out-of-square doors, loose faucets, etc. VERY comfortable bed. Very quiet town. Lots of great food options walkable from the hotel. And there are great art galleries inside the hotel!
