When you walk in you are greeted with a musty, animal urine odor. The place is in a convenient location. The ac is pretty bad. It’s either super cold or muggy, no in between. The rooms had a stuffy feeling and you can smell animal urine undertones throughout. You can also hear dogs barking and everyone who walked by your room.

We stayed here while passing through the state. The front desk staff were friendly. The woman who checked us in was helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we left early in the morning. We would definitely stay here while passing through again.

Never received Maid service in four days If there is a better place to stay in Newton Kansas, I’d stay there

The breakfast was really good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. There were lots of water spots in the shower, so makes me wonder if it got cleaned properly.
