I am demanding immediate action regarding the completely unacceptable way I was treated by your hotel. I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT for my entire reservation — TWO FULL NIGHTS, Friday and Saturday, with checkout scheduled for Sunday morning. Despite the fact that my stay was fully paid, your hotel removed me on Saturday at approximately 12:00 PM, in the middle of my reservation, and prevented me from using the room and services I had already paid for. Even more disturbing, I was told this was related to another person — someone I DO NOT KNOW and have absolutely no connection with. No manager properly spoke with me. No one gave me a clear explanation. No one gave me an opportunity to understand or respond to the situation. I was simply told to leave after your hotel had already taken full payment for my stay. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. You accepted full payment from me for two nights and then denied me access to the accommodation I paid for. I am therefore demanding a FULL REFUND of the money I paid for this reservation, together with a written explanation from hotel management regarding why I was removed from the property before the end of my fully paid stay. I expect this matter to be escalated immediately to the General Manager and corporate management. If this is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charge with my payment provider and submit formal complaints regarding the way this matter was handled. I expect management to contact me immediately. I should not have to chase your hotel for an explanation after being removed from a fully paid reservation because of someone I do not even know.

Rooms and furnishings were excellent. Very helpful friendly staff .

The room was beautiful and the grounds were so nice. The proximity to Fashion Island always gave options for dining, shopping and walking. Jordan, the bellman, was so helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Had an LED screen on the ceiling of the outdoor bar displaying an aquarium with movement. Very slick.

Same day I went to the desk and asked if they can do something when I left to dinner and instead of saying no we can’t - they said we will prepare something for me. They did not again and left me not doing anything myself. I asked for water to bring to the room at night - they didn’t show up. I called in the morning to bring water to the room and again they didn’t show up. I had to go downstairs and get the waters myself. The service they were all not great and did not help at all. Worst idea to go to this hotel.

The staff was kind and servicial, the lobby was pretty. thats it The hotel was simply not comfortable. The rooms are much smaller and more cramped than they appear in the photos, and the lighting sensor in the bathroom makes getting up during the night almost impossible without turning on extremely bright lights and waking everyone else up. Even getting to the room feels like an entire journey. The lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression, but once you leave the lobby, the hotel feels quite dated—the hallways and rooms do not match the image presented online. I was honestly very disappointed. Don’t be fooled by the photos; this does not feel like a hotel of this category or standard. It simply does not live up to what it promises.

In my opinion microwaves should be added back to hotels in California it's a necessity, the staff was good,the food wasn't bad the bartender was good and our room was great besides the no microwave thing.

Great stay overall and I will come back! Was disappointed that the spa didn’t have a jacuzzi nor a full cold bath
