Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Shower knob was broken. Turned shower on- but couldn’t turn it off. Under renovation, exposed wires, missing ceiling tiles, gym closed.

Had I known the entire first floor was being renovated, I would have selected a different hotel. It was terribly inconvenient and there wasn’t any breakfast in the morning, as is customary for hotels like this. It took three tries for my key card to work when I was checking in and then on my third day(I was staying five), my card wouldn’t work again to get into my room. The hotel itself was fine, but the renovation was a huge pain.

There is nothing to like about this property in the state it was in when we visisted. It should ahve been closed down during whatever it is that they were doing. everything - the hotel was in bad shape, a dog chased us when we got to our floor.. VERY SKETCHY. When we got to our room our key card wouldn't even work, instead of trying to get it fixed, i took it as the final sign to get the heck out of there. We left the property and stayed at another hotel. I don't even care if i don't get a refund which is the right thing to do.

Room had roaches and shower was dirty The connecting room next door was like a whole family in a room and was making noise all night I had to go outside in the rain and sleep in my car Hotel employees smoking outside smell going inside of hotel

There was no breakfast available said hasn’t been in 3 years There was roaches and bugs and several drug addicts in the stairs all time of the night

There was no toothpaste n bodywash in d bathroom.

The hotel was under renovations and the common areas were hoe acceptable. The room was ok though. I am not interested in staying in a hotel that is under renovations like this one.

The cleaning staff did not do their jobs. Complained to front desk several times called Expedia. The property manager never responded. The gym was 81 degrees the air was broken in there.

They are renovating. It got loud after 9 am.

No breakfast provided. I was told that it was because the property was in the process of being renovated Some offensive smells. Guests smoking i believe marijuana. This should be checked by hotel staff. Also, front desk staff could be more welcoming.

It was close to my son’s university The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said the hotel is smoke free

Exceptional

Very nice, updated room, clean, quiet, comfortable. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, and there was evidence of this in the hallways, but our room was perfect. We were thankful to find this place at the last minute.

Very clean, modern, and spacious room!

The hotel is undergoing construction. The lobby was covered by clear construction tarps. Most of the first level was under construction. There was a door left open which creates a security risk. Most of the hotel smelled like smoke. Our room was clean and did not smell. Our shower was broken and only had scalding hot water. We needed to shower quickly in the morning and would not have had time to call maintenance.

The property was in reno. I specifically called to verify the pool was available to use because the other property was in reno another time I booked and the clerk did not reveal this one is under renovations now. The pool area looked deserted, day staff was pleasant but night staff was aloof, no breakfast due to the renovations so that was unexpected and costly. Stated above. Also people smoking in the rooms and staff smoking weed outside.

Clean, good price. Great staff, location was perfect, close to what I needed and all major routes Nothing to list, they're doing remodeling but everything is sectioned off labeled and in order. Everything else is clean
