Staff was great. Breakfast was poor. Location was good. Room was clean upon arrival but daily housekeeping did the minimum.

Didn’t try the breakfast, it was very busy and ran out but smelt wonderful. Tea, coffee and water are available all day long too in the lobby. Lots of cafes nearby to have a walk to if needed. Location is perfect, 5-15 min walk to everything and I didn’t find it overly noisy either. Shake Shack is on the corner right next to the hotel, a target 10 mins walk in either direction. Broadway shows and Times Square a quick walk too. I was in and out of the hotel all day, got to see so much. The bed was really comfortable, struggled getting out of it in the mornings haha. Shower was okay, water pressure wasn’t amazing (still done the job) but I was on the 5th floor so that’d probably explain it. Staff were friendly and always welcomed me when I walked in the door. They also held my luggage for free before check-in and when I checked out, saved me having to drag it around the city. I booked this property when I arrived in NY and didn’t regret it one bit. Uber shuttle transfer was only an 8 min walk too to catch back to Newark so that was handy! Either the window wouldn’t open or I couldn’t get it open. Would have been nice to have fresh air. Other than that, it was brilliant

Very helpful staff, all very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and is a nice advantage to the already fairly priced hotel. It’s also in a convenient location to the theatres and Times Square.

Everything was great-except the ELEVATOR was TERRIBLE!!! So slow!!! The cleaning staff also use it-so sometimes you could wait 15 minutes for it! I have bad arthritis & sometimes we had to go down 4 flights of stairs! The breakfast was good. The staff were awesome!

The staff members were amazing every day and every night!! We stayed for 9 nights and it was EXCEPTIONAL!!! They are on top of things for sure!

Though only a block from Times Square it is very quiet. Good selection at breakfast, needs another toaster. Appliances in room very good. Lift access very slow, majority of guests use stairs, so lots of stair door banging.

Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Location was great and convenient. Our room said "courtyard view". It was a private patio. Weather was great during our stay, so was the patio.

Super nice and welcoming staff, convenient location. Relatively quiet and clean outside considering the location where you turn the corner it’s already the busiest street AC is not functioning and portable units are temporarily installed in the rooms. They work well temperature wise but really noisy and gave me headaches…
