Needed to stay in Brooklyn, this worked, the area was between good and sketchy depending on the time of day. Very close to public transport (subway). Room was very comfy, bathroom was very modern, clean, nice. Great shower. Breakfast is average but great that it is included in the price. Nice juices, coffees. Bagels, eggs, yoghurts, pancake station, potato and bacon. Very small dining area. communal microwave if you need it. Refrigerator in bedroom. Hotel was safe. Bed made every day, and towels folded or changed. Overall, it was a good stay and I recommend.

I called desperately trying to cancel our reservations before the 24 hour mark but no one at the hotel answers the phone and no one at Expedia could really help us. I finally got a representative to get in contact with them and Ramada refunded us one night out of seven nights that I had booked. I could not cancel the reservations through Expedia and I could not get in touch with anybody and I really feel like they just don’t wanna answer the phone because they know during times when the weather is bad that the phone ringing is likely meaning a bunch of cancellations. I seriously feel like we were stolen from. I bought the travel insurance. I did everything I was supposed to do, but because no one will answer the phone and allow for the cancellation. We have lost a ton of money. This has been an absolute nightmare and is going to take me forever to recuperate from losing $2000 when we have no choice but to come back out there to service the client I am a small business owner and a $2000 hit is excruciating. Ramada should be ashamed.
