Good location in Williamsburg - close to the bridge to cross to the city by bike. A few minutes' walk from Domino Park. L line is a 10-minute walk, but it's also close to the J line in the other direction. Clean, well-organized, and includes all you need for a visit to the city. The bar, restaurant, and lobby are big + if you need some time to work. Small underground gym. Everything was aligned with my expectations and beyond.

Loved the location, beds are so comfortable and the food is yummy at Bedford Bar!! We also loved how accommodating the hotel was to get us in our room earlier than normal check in time. Having a room near the elevator tends to be quite noisy we discovered. Usually in the evening when people were leaving and coming back. I think the elevator area caused a loud echo so we could hear everything people were saying. Plus as people walk to their room they talk incredibly loud outside our room. But that is not the hotel’s fault.

Great location, walkable to so many good restaurants and the riverfront. Some of the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond, but many at front desk and lobby bar seemed uninterested in helping guests at all. Our room was clean and more spacious than we anticipated, so that was a bonus. The drinks & food at the bar were great. A major downfall was not being able to enjoy the rooftop bar once during our 3 night stay due to private parties renting the space (but the front desk staff had no clue and kept telling us the rooftop was open, then made us feel like we were crazy when we told them it was indeed closed to the public - seems to be a huge lack of communication between the hotel and Lilistar). I was bummed about that because we ended up booking this property over another because it had a roof top.

Nearby manhattan Vastly overpriced Nowhere to put clothes No tea/coffee Charged flights price for water Almost no breakfast facility Loud music on top floor every night so top 3 floors got no sleep

Very nice hotel for couples. Not a family hotel. Rooms are small with no fridge or microwave. Bathroom and shower doors are transparent. Room was cleaned every day. Rooftop is only opened on the weekends, which was a bumper. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the subway and Domino Park is a 15 minute walk and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, our stay was great just wish the rooms where a little bigger and had a fridge and microwave.

Felt the hotel was very dark. Hallways, bathrooms, elevator all very dark. Breakfast was good at the bar.
-
Extremely overpriced - when queried why so expensive with so little facilities was told price was 3 times higher due to UN week ( although no one from The UN were staying at the hotel) felt like price gouging as hotel not worth a $1000 a night! Usual price $300 See above

The location. Away from manhattan The rooms are tiny

The hotel is very modern and clean. The location is great to explore Williamsburg. If you are looking for a quiet stay, don’t choose this hotel. We were on a room on the 5th floor and we got waken up at 2 am as there is a club on the ground floor! Not great if you need to have a good night sleep…

The rooms are way too small

Great location in the heart of Williamsburg. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were solid.
