Great location for exploring the city on foot.

I liked the room and the location, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel charged us $500 for smoking, but neither my wife nor I has ever smoked. We were traveling with our 4-year-old son and provided photos and a breakfast receipt disputing the allegation. The hotel kept the charge, so I had to dispute it with my card issuer. This felt like bad faith and ruined our stay.

Location was perfect for us, right on Times Square. Good room size for NYC and great breakfast. The staff were great and the terrace was a cracking bonus too Having to reserve a seat on the terrace when we are residents.

The location of the property was great! The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Big thank you to the guys checking luggage. Very kind and patient. The decor makes the hotel feel dark and the imperfections stick out in the rooms. This didn’t make my stay bad, just things I noticed. Above the air vent seemed to be some sort of mold/mildew on our room’s ceiling and the air didn’t stop blowing unless you turned the whole unit off. Even if we put it on Auto. So it was either too cold or too stuffy/warm.

Room size is decent, gym is decent Booked King room but was given two small beds, they apologised and compensated which was fair. One of the exit elevators was broken half the time. Many times you have to wait in a long line to leave or enter the hotel or take stairs down from the 5th floor. Gives the feeling of a bus station when you come into he lobby. Always long lines at the desk. TV was broken and needed service, shower faucet handle was falling off, trash in hallways. Breakfast was crazy expensive.

The location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Room size was really good and clean. There really isn't anything that I disliked. Maybe a faster elevator, but that would be the same at every hotel. We all like to get to where we are going faster.
