Passable

Didn’t like the floors or lack of carpet, the shower head wasn’t very practical

Really nice, clean and comfortable! Great location. Felt safe. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery, coffee, all within 2-3 blocks. Room was much larger than most NYC hotels.
-
Great location! Roof pool was nice but service was sub par.
-
The location was great; that's one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The amenities weren't accurate. No 2 restaurants on site, no welcome drink upon arrival, no bathrobes or slippers, loud elevator and music until 3am.

The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. You don’t even receive complimentary water in the room, and when we asked for it, it felt like an inconvenience. The pillows and linens also looked very worn and overused, which was disappointing at this price point. The noise is another major issue. I was on the 9th floor and could still hear the club at night, along with people yelling and walking the streets around 4 AM. The checkout experience was the final frustration. The street where guests are normally picked up was closed, but the hotel never notified us. I had to carry all of my luggage a block to get an Uber, and although the bellhop was right there, he never offered to help. I’ve stayed here many times and used to really enjoy it, which makes the decline especially disappointing. At $450–$500 a night, I expected much better service and attention to detail.

Room was clean. The patio was incredible. F

Do not stay here. I do not recommend it. The security guard was extremely rude and it was dirty in the rooms. The night club keeps the entire hotel awake. I checked out immediately.

Everyone was so nice, the staff were amazing.

Honestly the hotel itself is great. BUT what you really need to know if you are on the 10th/11th floor area maybe up or down from there, but the music and bass from the club will literally rattle your room. Thursday through Sunday at least, I’m not sure about other nights of the week. If you’re a light sleeper beware. The hallway it’s extremely loud, in the room it’s a little less but things in my room were actually rattling and you could hear the thump of the club over the TV in the room. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, but at least knowing about it would have been nice. So BEWARE light sleepers. But other than that everything was perfect. Great food near by, fun neighborhood. Hotel staff was great, room was clean, all in all it would be 5/5 stars without the club.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the most vibrant part of NYC. We got here in the middle of NY fashion week, buzzing with people. Tons of bars, restaurants and shopping on Ludlow street and the area. Nolita and Soho are a comfortable walk away. Great for shopping and food. The subway and buses are around the corner. We got a room with the most gorgeous views on a higher floor. Nice spacious, large room and bathroom. The room had a coffee machine and a comfortable lounge chair. It was wonderful to take in the views. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The purple club in the hotel and the area get very noisy with music playing late into the night and up to 4 am on week ends. If you are a light sleeper, not a great idea. Though the AC compressor does drown it down a bit. We would have stayed longer had this not been an issue since we are light sleepers.

not entirely sure this place is worth the price. great location and some friendly staff but rooms are tiny and faded/out dated. you hear everything from the Mr. Purple bar and the street all night long. rains, not umbrellas available. ask for a fridge or microwave, wait over an hour. ask the front desk to hold a room key for a guest, they can’t do it. overall ok stay but I’m sure there’s better places nearby.

The bed was comfy. Plenty of receptacles for charging devices. Hardwood floors and all tiled bathroom with high end plumbing fixtures. Nice lighting with dimmers and one switch shuts off all. We wanted to do yoga on the floor so we borrowed a mat from the exercise room. This hotel is very convenient for my family with lots of great food options close by. You have to pay more for a better view. The rooms are smallish but adequate. I would love an option to put my subscription channels on the television on a temporary basis. The refrigerator is full of overpriced minibar items; Not much room for my leftover takeout.
