Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Due to weather we had to try and get a later check out time to leave as late as possible for the airport to see if we fly out. Receptionist was more than willing to assist us.

Room had a good amount of space. Close to WTC. If you want to stay in Manhattan area but don’t want to pay midtown prices this is a great option.
