Location Housekeeping sloppy. Lobby coffee does not exist as promised.
-
The location is quite good if you want to explore Brooklyn. The rooms are tiny and ours was not particularly clean :/ There was a lot of dust. Also, I didn’t feel super safe - lots of weird noises during the night.

The staff are very welcoming...

Good location Rooftop was closed

I found a small tick-like bug in the room - grossed me out and made me feel dirty

It’s in downtown Brooklyn so it’s close to shops, landmarks, and public transport. It’s a reasonable price. Rooms may be to small and uncomfortable. I had a situation where three pieces of clothing went missing, staff was very helpful in trying to understand what had happened. Since we could locate my clothes, the hotel refunded me.

Need coffee in the lobby and for a longer time.

perfect hotel to stay in Downtown BK!
-
My toilet didn't have no water in it. The sink was leaking water, and my daughter almost fell. Valet parking and put their big bike in the back of my rental truck and scuffed up my rental truck broke the sale on the rental truck also messed up my Versace blanket that was worth like $5000. Not good at all.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Used the gym regularly. Even after turning the AC off there was a lot of noise. The windows didn't seem very tight and also let a fair bit of noise in.
-
The rooms are comfortable and good size, great beds and nice shower. Good connections to Manhattan and the area has gone through some urban regeneration and is nicer than some years ago. Maintenance on AC/heating needs improvement or renovation, very noisy, poor indoor air quality. Fridge noise was also an issue. So take some ear plugs while you "get used" to the noisy appliances. The building vibrates with the metro trains even in the 10th floor.
-
Location and staff were great. Absolutely appalling price gouging. I understand demand/surge pricing but almost $1300 for two night at aloft is madness
-
Quiet. Friendly staff. Average gym
-
A convenient hotel more fairly priced than Manhattan options. The bed was great, shower too. And very clean. Perfect location to access metro. Downtown Brooklyn has undergone soe urban regeneration and this hotel now is close to new shops and is a good option. It takes a while to get used to the noise, from hearing the metro even 10 floors high...and the noisy fridge.
