1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

Beautiful city views and lovely room and lobby area.

Location 2nd to none...... You walk out and Boom you are footsteps from everything. 4.50 per person on the ferry. Peeble beach area a must see at night. Let me back up, the hotel provides a luxury ride of your choice in a 3 miles radius Dope! Gotta reserve quick and simple, the rooftop is amazing. My wife and I stumbled upon a party that apparently happens every Saturday night. Not the most inexpensive spot but money well spent. This past trip opened our eyes to a lot of different things. Dumbo is really Cool, high-five to 1 Hotel . Peace!

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I travel weekly for business so I have stayed at many hotels but the 1 really stands out as exceptional. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location was so convenient to get to Manhattan. The ferry dock is a 2 min walk and there’s tons of good food around the area as well. The room was immaculate and we loved the filtered water refilling station inside the room. The internet was easy to connect to and the TV was so easy to connect to my phone. The AC worked great and kept the room cool. The rooftop had great views of the city. All around we really loved this hotel and felt like it was totally worth the money. Next time I return to Brooklyn I will definitely be returning to the 1! Thank you so much for the great stay!

I loved the whole industrial botanic vibe which blends very well with the Hudson River view. The staff were very pleasant and Thomas at the reception was amazing.

Very nice location, great rooftop bar and food drink selection.

The staff here is remarkable and they go above and beyond to please their customers. I’m looking forward to staying here again in 2 weeks! =)

Location! The internet was not working in the room or hotel and the manager lied numerous times saying it would be fixed knowing that it would not. Went > 24 hours with no wifi and could not do business

We flew in to attend the U.S. Open and stayed at 1 Hotel Brooklyn. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The views of Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge are truly hard to beat. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was exceptionally nice

This was my first time to New York. I paid extra and booked the Statue of Liberty Suite to have a good view of the Statue of Liberty. I am 72 and will probably never get to New York again. We were on the 5th floor and only had a view of the tree tops. No view at all. When I asked why we didn’t have a view of the Statue of Liberty I was told that we were on the correct side to have a view but weren’t on a high enough floor to see it. I asked for a refund and was told I could get a hotel credit. Since we were leaving and only there for one night that didn’t correct the issue. I think this is a form of fraud.
