Friendly and professional staff

The AC in the room was a little noisy but not terrible. The hostess at the stand every morning was super friendly which was a refreshing start to each day.

No air-conditioning.

Very outdated, probably the least nicest DoubleTree I’ve ever stayed in. Quality was subpar, definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t stay again.

When I first arrived, the front area of the building was not well lit. Also there were people hanging outside? The room had dusty floors and chips of paint hanging from the ceiling. I woke up sneezing from the all the dust. I was alone and was concerned for my safety.

First thing they spring the $16 a night parking,using the excuse that people park there and fly out. No that's just greed but ok cost me $50 extra. But the housekeeping was awful, leaving only 1 set of towels, room wasn't being swept, our last night we didn't get a made up bed no even clean sheets. Never again, I stayed at this property a few years back with free parking and clean room.

The hotel was clean. The elevator kept breaking down. The room was clean and comfortable, but the television didn't work. When I called the front desk, the phone had a wire short and kept disconnecting. Maintenance did eventually come to fix the tv. The morning staff was rude regarding breakfast. The attendant was loud and embarrassed me when I asked about the breakfast. It would have been easier to ask for my room number instead of asking what company I was with and then saying loudly breakfast is not included with your stay, and if you want breakfast it's $19.95. I didn't have an issue with paying, but by that time everyone was looking at me so I left. I actually saved money because there's a chick fil a two minutes walking. The shuttle driver was very nice and offered warm cookies right off the plane. The hotel is further away from attractions so the uber ride was about $70 round trip, But, overall the stay was nice minus the breakfast attendant.

The room was clean. It has everything we needed. The A/C unit is rather noisy, but other than that, it works well. The bathroom is on the small side, but works well and has all the toiletries needed.

It was clean. They kept water in the lobby. Weak plumbing. Toilet had a slow flush.

Check in was fast & easy. More attention is needed on the cleaning of the elevators.

Convenient location both airport and major highways, outdoor swimming pools looks nice and big.

Perfect location if you are using the airport ... great transportation ... good bar and food wervice -although food selections are a bit limited - but good
