Brent House Hotel

The appearance wasn't inviting, but it was a business district, so we felt safe. The front desk clerk was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Food and shopping places walking distance. Our new hotel favorites.

The hotel is in the hospital building, so parking and checking in are confusing. However once you get in the hotel/ hospital is very nice clean and peaceful.

MY MEDICAL APPTS. YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IS FOOD . THE BISTRO'S DINNERS ARE LEFT OVER FROM LUNCH IF THEY HAVE LEFT OVERS. I ALSO FOUND THE SERVERS AT TIMES RUDE. WILL STAY CLOSER TO RESTAURANTS NEXT TIME

This place is a hospital. Not a hotel where a normal person would book for a stay unless they are planning to take their loved ones to the hospital for a stay and want to be around because they are not from the area. The listing was very misleading. They lock the doors at night and have to wait for the front desk staff to let you in. They also have nurses sleeping in the rooms for their night shift duties so you have to stay quiet. Not exactly a place you want to stay if you are planning to party in NOLA. They also do not tend to your room more than once. I’m not sure why that is they only cleaned our room once out of a 4 night stay.

Excellent hotel

Parking was good and convenient. When I booked had no idea was connected to hospital. This was kinda different to me. Really didnt feel comfortable at first seeing patients and employees of a hospital. Meaning my stay for pleasure and seeing sickness was very different. But in all had a good experience and cant complain. Only thing we went to eat for breakfast an thought it was a hotel restaurant and was cafeteria for hospital, which was ok, just couldn't have been a little cleaner (dirty tables). Really great amenities if had stayed more than two nights would have enjoyed more. If I come back I would stay again, price was very affordable.

The staff was amazing

The staff was very accommodating. Our flight landed early morning and the staff kept our luggage until check-in so that we can explore the city without carrying our luggage . They also helped us locate popular spots in the city. I would definitely stay at Brent's House Hotel again. It was peaceful and quiet.

This got us amazing!

Room was clean and the location is around 15 minutes from Bourbon St. Good price for the stay and there is free parking. A little walk every time but worth it for the free parking.
