I noticed flies around the milk containers I requested my room to be clean new towels. I returned after 2 PM in the room still was not clean. I was in a room an extra hour and noticed housekeeping was still moving around, but no one never came to my room to clean it.

Staff very friendly Kind of away from any restaurants, also I booked out 2says ago and have still not received back the ‘holding’ funds held against my room from my bank account as I don’t own a credit card

I booked a king bed then was told by staff that I couldn’t get a king cuz they didn’t have any left. I seen a few ants in the begging but ignored it as just a few then the morning came. Ants in the bed, all over the dresser, and night stand. I alerted front desk, she was helpful and seemed concerned. She took my number and email for management to contact me but they never did! Was really upset that someone didn’t at least contact me to fix the situation

It is under construction a lot of amenities are not available as advertised . The courtyard dirty.. furniture dirty elevator dirty hotel smells like weed.
