The customer service was excellent. We had 2 rooms for our family and before I had the chance to ask they made sure our rooms were next to each other. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast that had something for everyone.

The ventilation in the bathroom was poor. After one cool shower the room was damp. After two showers the walls were visibly wet. Most uncomfortable.

There is no signs anywhere telling you where to turn off the highway or after getting off the highway there are no signs telling you where to turn. Mattresses are a little too soft.

We left a bag and the staff was amazing in helping us! We were back in Alabama when we realized it was missing and called. Customer service went above and beyond to get it shipped to us!
