I liked the atmosphere and decor Room didn’t have basic amenities like robes, wine glasses in the rooms, shower caps and so forth. The refrigerator did not shut all the way, this warm. The dresser stand was being balanced by paper cups at the bottom floor.

Property was well maintained. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is such a beautiful property. Everything feels clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, with a fun artsy aesthetic throughout the hotel. There are colorful, creative touches throughout the property that give it a fun, modern personality without feeling overdone. The artwork, unique decor, and little design details make exploring the hotel almost as enjoyable as staying there. The breakfast at The Pantry was a nice touch, and the restaurant has a really unique, cozy feel.

Easily accessible gym, large, comfortable room It’s an island in the middle of nowhere. Even the restaurants around it, some of them are mysteriously closed and it’s really frustrating. You can’t get to a convenience store or anything like that without calling a car.

The room had an odd odor. We were transferred and the new room had the same smell.

Very nice hotel. I only wish the breakfast buffet was included in the price. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was large with plenty of tables and chairs and electrical outlets. We were very comfortable.
