Needs updating. New carpet we had to call the front desk both nights because the dead bolt wouldn’t lock. They supposedly fixed it but the same thing the second night.

Needs better food . But the hotel itself was very nice for your buck. But what i loved the. Most was the staff! Vey helpful and very friendly see you next time Nashville.!

You have to pay for parking so budget for that. I'm from Oregon and they do not do that here.

Good location. The hotel is definitely dated and needs some serious maintenance but it was clean. The bedding and towels were fresh and unworn. Cost of parking seemed a bit over the top- 155 for 3 nights. Staff was 50/50, some nice and helpful and some not so much.

Breakfast was not hot or enough for the money

The bar wasn't up to par , for being in Nashville.

Room was in need of some maintenance. Sliding doors of the cupboard wouldn’t slide very well and were off the runners. Carpet was ripped in places. Bed sheets also ripped. Didn’t get room service, had to ask for it a couple of times throughout our 2 week stay. Air con in the room was very loud, worked well but just made a lot of noise. Couldn’t access the swimming pool and every time we went passed nobody was in there so unsure if it wasn’t accessible to anyone. The lifts were good, no matter what time of day, there was always a lift available almost immediately after pressing the button. Staff were nice and friendly, helpful when they could but were unhelpful in a late check out, didn’t even check the system, just told us no availability despite there being rooms available for that night online. Location was good for what we needed/wanted.
