Super 8 by Wyndham Nampa

The best part of the 3 day stay was the hot shower. The door was busted. it looked like it had been kicked in. The dead bolt wouldn't engage. I had to pull the door shut when I left for the day or it wouldn't latch. I booked it for a 4 night stay. I finished the job early. When I checked out they said the couldn't give me a revised bill because I had booked through a 3rd party. Expedia. So I contacted them. it will take 72 hours to see if they will refund the over charge. Sounds like a scam to me. With the technology today you should be able to ask AI to update the bill. All in all it worked for a place to stay for work. Though I wouldn't stay there again.

It was extremely close to the location I was going The smell was horrible. Like a swamp skunky smell mixed with cheap disinfectant. The housekeeping staff were carrying badly broken laundry baskets the caulking in the bathroom had mold and the towel holder was covered in rust.. spots on the wall that were discolored not sure if it was paint or dirty wall

Good location, decent bed, friendly staff Not as clean as it should be. Needs attention to detail

The price was great and the accommodations were better than the price Lack of parking for trucks and uhauls

Disappointing

Front desk was in training mode (great job to both Gentlemen) they were very helpful and informative. Although hotel is under some remodel it was clean and very comfortable. We will be staying again.

Good location for the area but too close to the highway which was noisy. Basic breakfast was decent.

Loved most everything. Great beds, easy access, price for the area with 2 beds was good. The tub/ shower looked like there was trouble cleaning it around the mat. Other than that the room was great. Stayed there a year ago and was happy to go there again.

Small room, dated, breakfast wasn't too bad and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Price. Stayed at many Super 8s. This one wsd great.

The location was convenient The hotel is very worn out. The smell in the room was sooo bad that we had to sleep with the window open.

Nothing Very heavy traffic during rush hour. Rooms with pets are next to rooms without pets, so dog barking are loud No secure access. All doors going outside were not security secure, anyone could come in. Only one ice machine for the whole building on the first floor

Air conditioning not great. There is free parking…

The young lady that checked us in was so kind and accommodating! Kyana (sp?) gets our highest praise!

There is only one person at the front desk. she didn’t have a name tag on but the few times i called asking about my phone reservation she confirmed it which is fine but i never was offfered any email confirmation for it also in person she is just unhappy. The chairs in the room needs to be updated it was dirty i did let the manager know. Overall i would consider staying again!
