Location was perfect for our stay and very reasonable price. Maybe more maintenance and updates and little more cleaner to the bathroom. The rest was great.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in Mt. Prospect at least 4 different times over the past 4-5 years because it's very near my husband's family. And we like the fact that there are several restaurants nearby we enjoy as well as the AMC theaters. Our room was at the far end from the elevator, and the one elevator from the lobby going up was not working.

They charge extra for parking $10 dollars. While this is expected in the City of Chicago it is not the norm in the suburbs. Pillows were too flimsy Next time I will request new ones. The mall has a number of restaurants in walking distance Only one elevator if the hotel is busy may be an issue It was not during my stay.

Did not like the long walk to the room

Everything was perfect. I just wish they had the waffles when I came and they didn’t but everything else was just fine perfect. Everything was perfect. I just wish they had the waffles.

I didn’t realize that the rooms were cleaned every other day there’s a small sign on the mirror in the bathroom that shows that. I think that the staff would be better off telling the guests that upon check-in. Without being sad when the room was cleaned, it lacked a lot of detail. The floor in the bathroom was not mopped as I could see things that were left on the floor. The skirt of the bathtub is very dirty and never cleaned. The desk staff was wonderful and tried to accommodate me in any way I needed it. I didn’t utilize the breakfast so I can’t say anything positive or negative about it. Parking was wonderful although upon check-in the staff didn’t tell me that there was parking so I parked to the left of the hotel. I would not book there again.

Shout out to Maggie, the AGM, for assisting us in a room correction request. She went above and beyond in fulfilling our request and making us feel comfortable. Convenient hotel location, comfortable rooms, and decent amenities. One of the elevators was still not working. There is a small fee for parking, but the garage is underground and secured.

Terrible location, shared parking lot with several big box stores which all face different directions, even my GPS would bring me in the wrong entrance into a lot that didn’t allow easy access to hotel. Building looked ok on the outside, in our room the bathroom had been remodeled recently but rest of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint (scuffed/ dirty). Furniture showed its age, cabinet that had the mini fridge was pretty beat up. Room set-up was odd, bed faced window and tv was on the side wall. View we had was of a Costco roof and for whatever reason it seemed like every occupied room was as far away from the one working elevator as possible. Definitely got our steps in walking to the very end of a very long hallway as the elevator was on the opposite end of the hotel. When we did take the stairs down to the ground floor the exit was behind the hotel in the receiving dock of Costco with no easy access to our car (in the underground parking garage)

Great staff and responsive, pool is fun too just small and crowded, parking lot is awesome right underneath the hotel! Definitely recommend to anyone

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location.

The hotel was average. The breakfast was good but usual in the things they provided. There was only one elevator that was working to get the people to the four floors of guest accommodations.
-
Outdoor areas dirty and full of overflowing trash bins and cigarettes. Elevator out of service. Unhelpful front desk staff. Overcharged, not fixed, not satisfied. Billed for two different stays! Breakfast was not good but it was the fact that they ran out of eggs the first day at 8 am, the next two days they had no waffle mix, not a big deal for me but my seven-year-old daughter was pretty disappointed. The fourth day we didn't even bother. The king suites appears very large in the photos but the photos do deceive. The TV that is wall mounted between the living area and the bedroom does not swivel enough to watch properly from either section. The TV is hooked up to an antiquated basic cable HBO system which does not allow smart functions such as streams of your own account IE Netflix YouTube etc. All in all the hotel has excellent potential it's in a decent area it has security a nice indoor swimming pool, but I am extremely dissatisfied with all human interaction that occurred. Not likely to ever stay at this hotel again probably not at this brand either.

Nice room and clean. Breakfast however was horrible. The eggs were not edible and the selection was very limited.
