Dirty hallway. Didn't feel safe.

Check-in staff was friendly. Room was mostly clean and TV, Fridge microwave were functioning, however the property is old and in need of renovation. The tub drain was somewhat backed up and some of the outlets didn't work in the room. For the price, it wasn't a bad deal. However, there is a Hilton Garden Inn right across the street that is much newer, cleaner and only slightly more expensive. I will probably stay there instead next time.

Exterior and common areas of the property were attractive and well-maintained. The front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The room itself was rather spartan but for the cost, it was what I had expected. What for me warranted a sub-par rating was the bath and shower. The external shower plumbing was jerry-rigged with a piece of plastic tubing attached to the wall with a bracket which was non-adjustable. The situation was made worse by the presence of a rusty nail head protruding from that same wall by about one inch which posed the threat of serious injury to anyone using or cleaning the shower.

2. Only a sheet on the bed - no blanket - had to turn AC off or freeze. 3. No batteries in bedside clock 4. Other digital clock - I think it was on the microwave - off by hours.

The front desk receptionist was super sweet and professional. The upkeep of the property exterior and interior was not good. The rooms felt dirty. I do not recommend this location.

Very helpful and friendly staff, Assisted me with the elevator and bringing my luggage into my room. Once checked in they also called to make sure my room was okay. Would stay here again.

The bathroom tub was sone ware and tear

Booked for 4 only 2 towel set up in room had to go downstairs to ask for more. Bath Tub unkept mold and other discoloration noted around broken tub seal. Tub faucet leaked and water ran continuously. Foul fecal odor noted sporadically from bathroom. Had to keep door closed at all times. Breakfast Buffet was simply a Carbohydrate station only waffle bread bagel muffin and cereal available no protein options (egg or meat) available nor hot cereal (oatmeal) offered. No towels for outdoor pool. Trash left a poolside. Bed and linen clean. TV large, multiple outside food options in walkable distance (Crackle Barrell Applebees). Room needs to be maitenced updated.
