Extended Stay America Select Suites - Montgomery

Location from where I needed to be It says suite and there was everything except a sofa, recliner or pullout bed

Close to the hospital. Remote parking lot. Numerous people in the parking lot near vehicles. Mold in the shower, plumbing exposed in the shower, no coffee maker, amenities. Construction material in the 1st floor hall.

No coffee maker in room

Staff was great. Florence was very helpful No coffee maker in room

Very good

Was told the internet was out and i couldn't check in. Didn't seem to cause anyone else a problem with there check in but that was not my call. Wont ever stay again!

Exceptional

Rooms could've been clean a little better. Property was okay.

Front desk was very nice and friendly. Dirty, nothing to offer, old and broken furniture. No decor, no curtains. Shower faucets all broken. Floor dirty turned my feet brown.. Walls throughout the place was filthy, painted over in some areas to fix cracks and such. One light in ceiling, no lamps. Some of the live ins were pretty sketchy.

Easy to book & navigate to no crazy deposit fee. Foul smelling room no matter how I cleaned, it still smelled bad . The front desk agent even provided an air freshener . I think they should bomb the rooms with auto zone freshener bombs & use a vanilla bean fragrance .

The location cause it was close to things we want to see.. That there was a bad odor of weed through out the whole building. And that when we got up there there was a extra 90.00 fee for pet stay

The overall smell and cleanliness

That there was a bad odor of weed through out the whole building. And that when we got up there there was a extra 90.00 fee for pet stay

The rooms are clean and provide bare minimum. The staff takes utmost care with the upkeep of the facility and keep it clean. Its the people who mess it. The staff is friendly and curteous.

All was well. Nothing bad but nothing amazing either.

I didn't like the long wait period, but I understand though.

What I don't like is that you don't get any free stays nor points. For staying at their hotel like the other hotels do.

I like everything about the hotel. What I don't like is that you don't get any free stays nor points. For staying at their hotel like the other hotels do.
