Comfort Suites Montgomery East Monticello Dr.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay.

It was good, we enjoyed it

This property had perfume, spraying so loud that you had to wear a mask to walk down the hall. It was unreasonable on every level. It could’ve been unplugged when brought to the staff’s attention they chose to ignore it. The fragrance was the worst part about the facility you could not get comfortable because you literally had to wear a mask and every time you opened your room door it leaked in! We had two people that were respiratory patients and one person who had a fragrance allergy. We thought we were gonna have to call an ambulance at 5:90 due to a possible fragrance reaction

Great choice, great stay, verry clean mostly quiet

Enjoyed our night. Quiet and clean.

Not a safe area.

I didn't like missing lights over the restroom mirror (not good for shaving), and not being able to see my vehicle from the room. I also do not eat pork sausage.

Parking was convenient to the room. The area was closer to a lots of stores.

My room smelled bad it was mold and feet

Staff friendly Remote didn’t work , curtain don’t close , toilet seat broke , shower head cracked , smelled like high karate cologne

The smell of the room was musty and stuffy

I like the staff; room was clean no smells, and very quiet. Property was fine clean inside and out.

They refunded my money The facility had a certain smell (fragrance) to it so did my room. Also, the vacant room doors are left open until someone checks into them. The room had furniture broken.

Very good

Good and safe location, a lot of restaurants close by. Clean and spacious rooms. We came for soccer tournament, which was very close. Coming back next month, already booked this hotel.

Will not used Comfort inn again

The hotel was good, the rooms were clean and large.

The hotel it self is good however there are a lot of updates that is needed. The room we was in smelled kinda mildewy. It was clean so no other issues. Need to have on website no pool as it's covered up. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Decent free breakfast they had. Overall I'd needed i would stay here again but i don't think it will be my 1st choice.

The hotel inside and outside was kept nice. Inside hotel smelled great. The room we were given was hot and had a bad mildew smell. The a/c unit filters were filthy, full of dirt and dust and we alerted the staff. Staff lady took them and vaccum them off but were still dirty and room air smelled musty. There was no shampoo in the shower provided bottles…never replenished as requested. Stayed here a couple years ago and rooms were better then. Did not eat the breakfast.

Very good
