The perfect location. Assigned reserved parking would be nice.

The rooms are very much outdated, chipped furniture, dirty stained carpet,ripped screen on the screen door and pillows that feel like they are filled with paper. Staff at the desk that i dealt with,1 person was rude. We still had a great time in Monterey but i would not stay at this place again until theve made changes.

It was a great location, great staff, clean, and nice views but a little dated and the sea lions are so loud that you can’t really keep the windows open.

We are here for the second time and are having a wonderful time again. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the room is clean and spacious enough. Especially if you have a balcony with an ocean view. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Be ready to pay an additional for parking $25, but parking is important for that busy area. Definitely will return to this place again. Thanks a lot for people who support comfort in this hotel.

The staff from the moment we checked in were so accommodating and nice I was very impressed. The property was in a great location, away from all the crowds but a 10 minute walk to everything! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the views are amazing. The breakfast could be better, it is complimentary however I would rather pay more to have better food.

Everything went smoothly..

Conveniently located, easy to walk around. Sea lions right there and able to view from the balcony. However, there is no air conditioning and we slept with the slider doors open. Which was nice to hear the water lapping, the sea lions barking and having the fresh air circulating. Luckily the weather was beautiful. Parking was a little in the tight side especially for a SUV.

Location is great. Walking distance to everything. They serve a continental breakfast that is brought to your room. You can eat it on your balcony overlooking the bay.

Tho location is amazing! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sea lions, sea otters and birds! Everything is walkable and great dining options are close.
