The staff was friendly and I like how close they were to the mall.

Good area, quiet and located close to everything. Best price around but can use some updates. Water pressure was not great, blinds let the sun in and they ac was pretty useless but for the price it was great definitely would stay again. Won't find a better bang for your buck motel in Monterey than this.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well lit room and outside/parking/surrounding areas. Safe and quiet. Dog area with tables/chair artificial grass and fence. Keurig, fridge and microwave provided. Walking trail and supermarket as well as a very nice shopping center conveniently located across the street. Easy and short drive to downtown and tourist area. It was an excellent value and seems to be family owned, who really enjoy taking care of the property. Nice flowers and plants as well! Great value for Monterey visitors!

great staff!! had all the basics has some wear and tear, but very charming
-
Great location
-
Only issue is the intersections out front can have some rude drivers resulting in possible honking or loud engines. Not an issue once mall closes. Proximity to the grocery store is great.
