Nothing Need to be remolded, very old & run down

Pretty dirty
-
Clean and the people were very friendly
-
The rooms were clean and nice Lots of stray cats outside and a cockroach the looked like it could carry a car away. The beds are extra firm almost like sleeping on a pad on the floor.
-
manager tried to tow my truck off in the middle of the night even after ive stayed here multiple times. “breakfast” consists of a lil debbie cake or pastry. rooms are a hit or miss, some are decent but most are nasty looking. i won’t stay here again and neither should you

Not bad. Close to the airport and great for a short notice stay.

The AC worked well and the beds were very comfortable and comfortable pillows. The rooms were very big and roomy. They were very quiet and dark and I got a good night's sleep. After my shower I walked from in front of the TV to the side of the bed barefoot and my feet were filthy dirty, even though the floors looked and appeared to be clean. Front staff did not explain anything about the breakfast upon check in and there's nothing that tells you that she's going to charge you an extra $75 for the rooms for the night. The day after we checked out I did get my 75 back but I didn't know going and I had to pay it

The bed was comfy. The hotel manager was nice but seemed confused. It was dirty, bugs, stinky.

This place is fine if you are in your 20's and need a bed after a night out. However, as a grown adult woman, this is not the place to stay. The room was clean but there were bugs all by the door and no broom or way to get them cleaned up. The staff warned me about them (I think it's just the time of year in LA). We only had 2 towels in the room total. The toilet was falling off each time we sat on it, I thought it was going to tip over. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything inside and out. The "breakfast" in the morning was so disgusting we had to go out to eat. We stayed here because the reviews seemed to make it sound decent but I would rather pay more and actually receive what I am paying for.

The location was okay. Parking was limited. Shower mat was filthy. Bathroom door is sode the room would get jammed up with the front wood panel halfway pulling away from the door when we tried opening it. It cause me to get stuck inside the restroom and my husband had to carefully pull the messed up door panel carefully to get me out.

Rooms are a nice size with a small couch which is nice! Good laminate flooring instead of carpet which was great. Sink sprays water when turned on, and the AC leaks water. They know the AC leaks water because there was a towel already down when we checked in...and it continued enough that we had to add a another full bath towel on the middle of the night. TV's are ancient and look like we were watching TV in 1992 Again....I don't mind these things ...but if you are going to charge a high price, guests expect more regardless of what you can get because of the data center.

The price is a little high considering the pool is completely inaccessible

There was a stray cat in our room when we got in. It urniated on our bed and we had to chase it out of the room. Night staff was not helpful at all, because we “didn’t book directly through them”, no refund, no help, nothing. AC condensate was leaking into our room as well, mold in the walls all around and the door had been kicked in prior to our stay. We could barely get it open and the chain lock was held on by one screw. Worst place I have ever stayed.

I have never written a bad review but this place wasn’t cheap and it was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life . I am 62 and not picky. But I literally came out of the restroom to find a feral cat hissing at me, that run under the bed which was a metal platform bed, so getting it out was a nightmare, it ran all over over bed then pissed on it, before we got it out the door, not sure how long that cat had been in this room. Management did not care or even try to make this situation better. My husband is allergic to cats , so there may be farther action taken . Just avoid this nasty place. They refused to help because we booked online.

HEALTH HAZARD DO NOT BOOK HERE….The room we were put had mold and mildew in the bathroom and didn’t have any towels. Room looked like it was under construction. Front desk staff was okay but when she called the owner they were not trying to accommodate us and give us another room. The owner said it was not mold on the walls and it was dirt and they were going to paint over it. My spouse touch the walls and it was mold. The front desk clerk inspected the room also and confirmed it was mold. The room had a bad stench and started making our heads hurt. The owner is very unprofessional and was not concerned about the well being of her customers. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked through Expedia and the hotel wouldn’t give me a full refund and still charged me for one night due to negligence on their part. I had to find and pay to stay at another hotel. Please be careful staying at this hotel. Here are photos for proof. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had.
