Super convenient place to stay. Included TSA checkpoint at the hotel saved a lot of time when departing MSP. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. 24 shuttle service was great

Great views of the airport we enjoyed watching planes take off and land.

Little or no cell service so make sure you have a plan to get to the hotel.

Everything was perfect start to finish . From the shuttle pickup to check in, the restaurant, service of all staff and checkout. Seamless!! Rooms were spotless!

This hotel is surprisingly nice fir being attached to the airport. It is also very quiet considering you can overlook the runway and not hear it.

Once everything was sorted it was a good stay. There was no noise, the room was clean and the facilities were nice. The shuttle driver was amazing. Slept well. Although I had 3 e-mails (still in my possession) from the hotel in which I reiterate that I was traveling with a friend and would like 2 beds when we went to the room there was only a king-sized bed in the room. I stepped back out of the room and called the front desk to report the issue. The fellow at the front desk was argumentative and was not interested in seeing the emails (in which I'd reiterated the need for 2 separate beds). He then told me to come to the reception desk and he'd see what he could do. When I presented to reception he had very "put out" affect and grumpily told me that "now they'll have to clean the room that you went into". I assured him that I'd only stepped into the room, noticed the error, and back out again to contact registration from the hallway outside the room to report the error. A lady, that was working along side him, stepped in and quickly and efficiently obtained a 2-bed room for my friend and myself.

The location to the airport and my rental car return was phenomenal! We returned the car and walked to the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the waitress and dinner were both fabulous. We will stay there again.
