Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

We thought it was great for the price and location

It was clean and comfortable. It’s starting to show its age.

Convenient location for getting on/off the freeways, and visiting places outside the city center. Larger than average rooms, with sofas off the bedrooms. Nice room layout.

The hide a bed was uncomfortable and there wasn’t room service

Overall, the property was in good shape and the rooms clean. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no microwave available in the suite we booked.

Everything was clean and well cared for. Normal wear and tear on room furniture (end tables are a little worse for wear), but everything is CLEAN. Super friendly staff too.

All in all good stay. Outdated rooms and no microwave in room. Pool was also outdated as well.

Room was good, there were some stains in sone of the furniture. Breakfast was OK, but a lot of items ran out quick. Staff was helpful and it appeared they were short staffed.

There were stains on the couch and in the carpet from past guests. The room could use some updating. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

Great location in Eden Prairie, across from Fox News 9, and Pizza Luce. Room was great, only downside was no one was ever at front desk. We waited to get checked in, no one was there during time we had breakfast, and no one when we checked out. Everything else was great!!

Nice fitness center and helpful staff

Location, cleaning staff were good and friendly Front desk/kitchen staff were not adequately staffed.

A bit worn down

The staff was very helpful upon checking in. The room was very spacious and clean. I thought I booked a double beed room and when we opened the door we had a sitting area with a couch too. That was very unexpected and nice. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety to choose from. Will definately stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

The property was not what we expected from Hyatt, the room was a strange design so the TV was between the couch and bed, not a huge deal but strange. The mattress was so soft and used it was difficult to roll out which was bad.. Both my wife and I woke with sore backs. Also the walls are so thin the noise in the halls also over head kept us awake till the wee hours and then started all over around 6am. It was enough for us to leave 1 day early. Also the new deal of no staff around so everything is self service, hate it. It's not only Hyatt but I always thought they were better than that. Needless to say we won't be back.
