SpringHill Suites by Marriott Montgomery Prattville/Millbrook

The first room had floors that had clearly not been vacuumed, debris all over the couch, hair on the toilet, stains on the countertops and desks, and rusty-looking stains in the shower. We immediately requested another room, only to find the second room was even worse. There were fingerprints all over the door, dirt and debris underneath the bathroom sink, a sucker behind the bed, a dirty mirror, a filthy air conditioner, and what appeared to be urine on the toilet. I asked the cleaning attendant for toilet bowl cleaner or an antibacterial cleaner. She said she only had Windex and insisted the substance on the toilet was cleaning residue, not urine. She then literally wiped it with her thumb, which was extremely concerning. She also came to clean the first room without even bringing a vacuum. There were fingerprints on the thermostat, a dirty bathroom mirror, splatters on the wall that appeared to look like vomit in the bathroom, splatters on the wall by the living room, a filthy coffee maker, a bottle cap by the bed, etc The staff was kind and tried to help, and I appreciate that. However, friendly service cannot make up for rooms that were clearly not being properly cleaned for months. This was by far the dirtiest SpringHill Suites we have ever experienced.

We were pleasantly greeted by all the staff, but exceptional friendliness was noted and appreciated by the breakfast attendant. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfortableness of this facility.

The property was clean as usual. Staff always ready to assist.

It was a perfect stop!

Location was convenient, hotel looked nice on the little and in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. Room was gross and dirty. Bedding had some kind if food on it, food marks on desk and everything really. Was not clean, from a Marriott and almost $200 unexpected a lot more. I told the kids not to touch anything.

Breakfast was great! We were traveling with kiddos of all ages and each of them were able to find something they enjoyed. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. The were accommodating when we asked for more blankets for the pull out bed and couch.

This hotel left me driving at 12am to look for shelter as I discovered a roach in my room and another guest traveling with a small infant, had flees. Visible FLEES in their room.

It was close to the interstate. My reservation was not correct. I booked it online and when I arrived my reservation was messed up and we did not get the rooms we reserved making our stay difficult.

We usually try to find a Springhill Suite to stay at when we travel as we’ve always had a great experience. This was the only property we have not had a gods experience. When we got to our room the beds weren’t made after the last guests left and there were dirty dishes in the room. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. The continental breakfast only had eggs and what appeared to be boiled sausage patties.

Everything was in excellent condition and clean.

Room was hot…nothing for breakfast. Not even bread for toast. Frozen milk couldn’t have cereal, broken waffle maker, no yogurt no fruit

Great stay, will stay again

I would like a credit to my account because the tv did not work and wasn’t fixed after being notified. I was told help was coming and didn’t show up to repair. I requested another room and was told none was available. I asked for printout of the bill and was told it was a new system and printer wasn’t working. I’m a Marriott Bonyoy member and is very disappointed.

The Staff was extremely friendly!! Hotel was updated and comfortable.
