Our room was extremely clean!

I'm very sensitive to odors, so the clean room with fresh air is a plus. The breakfast is a little better than most standard breakfast. Location is convenient, close to the highway, so easy get on and easy get off. The suite with a kitchen equipped with fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher is a bonus, not neccessary for busy travelers but nice to have if you want to pass a slow day and cook a hearty meal yourself. The rate is slightly more expensive than usual, but it's Labor's Day weekend so it's understandable.

The rooms were great. Staff was helpful.

I was not notified at check in that the room would not be cleaned daily. My husband and I were surprised to come back to the room after a long hot day at the Cincinnati Open then to see the bed not made and the towels not refreshed. We had a week long trip consisting of several hotels and all of the others cleaned daily, so this was unexpected. The room itself was nice, but the bed was very hard. I took advantage of the laundry facilities, but unfortunately the load I did didn't rinse all the way and my clothes were drenched at the end of the cycle and in a puddle. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

The hotel, including the room was VERY clean, which is much appreciated. The one thing a little strange is that if you want fresh towels, you place your dirty towels on a basket outside your door before 10AM and they are replaced with new towels. So, no daily housekeeping for a short stay, but for those who prioritize privacy it works.
