Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans by IHG

Good for a 1 night stay. Smelly hall way

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend

Charged me twice and won’t try to fix it

The shower had no water pressure and the Mini fridge didn’t work the ice machine on the 5th floor was out. The staff wasn’t very friendly

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I actually liked the hotel, which is why I came back, but I’m giving a 0 star rating because they are holding my funds for the deposit and I checked out weeks ago. When I try to call for assistance I’ve been put on hold several times and no one returns to the phone. I’m very displeased. And I should add that on Saturday 09/12 there was a party at the pool after 11pm I couldn’t sleep & had to call the front desk while I was there. This is HORRIBLE!

The room smelled like mildew. There was hair in the shower and the carpeted floors were sticky. We checked in on Friday evening, and had to get our cards replaced both Saturday and Sunday. I am still currently disputing 2 charges on my cards.

The staff are great and the rooms were cleaned really well. The building is in need of some repairs and replacement of the carpets, or they need to be shampooing, the also needs some room air freshener the rooms smells old..

Nothing was bad just not great.

Very friendly staff and clean, quiet room

Very clean room.

The friendliness of the staff.. She was very nice and helpful!

My room air was broken which the lady did swap my room out but while im sleeping I get an alert from my bank that $46 was also taken out my account after already paying my 50 incidental fee. I went to the front desk in the morning & asked and the guy stated that it was a mix up and I’d have the $96 in the next couple of days back. But what if that was my last money & I was over charged. P

The staff was friendly and pleasant at check-in and the text messages during my stay to check if I needed anything was nice. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location I liked everything about my stay! I am very satisfied and will definitely stay again!

Poor

Very good

The staff was very nice and helpful… but my room was trash. Room was so small, the AC wasn’t cold, the door on the shower wouldn’t close so when you’re taking a shower its cold where the door wouldn’t close.

Excellent location

Location. Staff. Value.
